Wy'east Business / Computer Center

Located on the second floor of the Wy’east is our Business / Computer Center. We offer terminals for public use, each equipped with high speed DSL connections, Epson C84 color printers, cameras and microphones for video conferencing plus Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.

The atmosphere in the business center is free of distractions and conducive for assisting you with getting your work or research done.

Hey, if all you want to do is “surf” or email your friends, no problem, our business center has room for everybody.

Parents, when you bring your child in to use the Internet for their next class project, the Wy’east offers student terminal rental at one half the normal hourly rate.

Free Wi-Fi internet connection for customers with their own laptops and wireless cards. The Wy’east is Wireless version “G” and “B” capable.

Wy’east Business Services…

The Wy’east offers a range of simple business services. All you need do is ask and the friendly staff at Wy’east will try to find a way to meet your needs.

Some of our common business services include faxing internationally, to any state in the union, and good old local service. You might not know this, but the Wy’east also accepts pre-arranged inbound faxing, which includes your notification when a fax arrives.

Limited Copy Printing (color or black and white)

We keep a small supply of basic office supplies such as pencils, pens, glue-sticks, report covers, binder clips and so forth.

The Wy’east also stocks CD (R), CD (RW) discs and plastic cases. Just in case you forgot to bring your own discs. Incidentally, you can burn you own discs at any one of the business center terminals.

Let’s not forget photography. You can unload you digital camera’s memory card by burning a CD or printing to our photo printer. The Wy’east does limited photo printing on 4” x 6” and 8” x 10” photo printing paper. If you need help with this or any other business service, we are happy to assist.

After you completing your work, chances are you need to send it to your friends, family manager, teacher, professor, customers or vendors. The Wy’east has a solution for sending most anything, anywhere. Just stop by our Shipping Center located on the east side of the book store and let us solve your shipping concerns. Wy’east offers shipping by UPS and the United States Post Office.

The Wy’east can…

• Pack your items safely and securely.
• Insure the value of those items when necessary.
• Provide UPS customers with Email notification of their package’s shipping progress.
• Receive items in your behalf. (Pre-arrangement
  Required).
• Handle the needs of commercial accounts and provide invoicing service.
• Reduce rates for volume shippers.

Finally, if you are either a “non-profit”, or a “for profit” business, consider using the Wy’east as a place to meet and conduct business in the Mt. Hood area.
